News and events are broadcast on our one-of-a-kind Event Calendars. Why is it on-of-a-kind? Only BarStar "reminds" customers about gigs or events. That's right, customers come to BarStar, see an event listed on and can click a button to be reminded of that event. And sure enough, one day before the event takes place, they get a BarStar email bong letter telling them to come to that event at that bar, with time, directions and links.
