MINDEYE The culmination of four ideas realized as the vision of Mindeye. A band assembled through many hours of hard work and projects long since deceased. Following conception in mid 2002 the Mindeye machine has begun to steamroll forward utilizing crushing songs loaded with thick melodies and the instinct on stage to take the show over the top. Go see a Mindeye show and find out why this band is dropping jaws and making everyone take notice. History: In the spring of 2000, Ryan Fuller and Scott Bowers got together to create a band. They played some shows under various band names and with different line-ups in the San Jose, California area. This was where they began building up a small following, and began being noticed in the local scene. It wasn’t until Eddy Carnes joined the line-up in early 2002 to take on the singing duties that the band began to undergo a transformation, a metamorphosis if you will, into a highly focused machine with emphasis on Eddy’s vocal abilities. This together with the Heavy Rock / Metal vibe that Ryan and Scott are known for, the sound began to solidify. The latest addition of drummer, Jason Burtis has allowed the band to expand that much more. With his extensive background, inventive style, and experience he really allows the music to be lead into a whole other realm, which is “MINDEYE”. Genre: Metal:Alternative Metal
